Chris Alt
Chris Alt is the chief executive officer at Alt Benefit Consultants. He has over ten years of experience in the employee benefits industry. Prior to coming to work with Alt Benefit Consultants he was the director of health and human services of a large environmental construction and remediation company as well as the director of risk management for a major independent propane company.
His responsibilities include consulting for the design, implementation, and communication of Sec. 125, 105, 223 plans and COBRA/HIPAA compliance. Chris has spent the last several years conducting education seminars for TPA’s, employers and brokers; instructing them on the design, implementation and proper administration of Section 125, 105, 223 plans.
Alt attended the Community College of the Air Force in Fort Worth, TX where he studied criminology.
Ron Molsbee
Ronald Molsbee is a controller at Alt Benefit Consultants. He has extensive management and customer service experience having served as a controller of a large wholesale distribution business in West Texas.
His responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, billing and Human Resources
Molsbee is a graduate of Wayland Baptist University. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
Latricia Strutton
Latricia Strutton is a sales executive at Alt Benefit Consultants. She has more than 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, from property & casualty, workers’ compensation, life & health insurance to employee benefits and worksite marketing.
Her responsibilities include building a rapport with current brokers & agents, recruit new accounts, train & educate brokers, agents, employer groups and the employees on the benefits of flex and or HDHC and the options that go with it.
